Purchase and delivery policies
Delivery: Our 2-SHIP system to send orders allows our warehouse employees to investigate which carrier can deliver at the best available cost.
Returns: Even though we constantly control the quality of our products, we commit to take the necessary actions if a product ends up having a manufacturing defect or premature wear. In such a case, Ganka would take the defective good back and will repair it, will exchange it or will reimburse it depending upon the client’s request. However, Ganka cannot be held responsible for returns due to normal wear, improper use, inadequate care, accidental damage or natural fading of colors or materials.
Items in clearance, on sale and underwear are final sale.
Before cleaning or washing one of our products, please refer to the care label inside the clothing.
To proceed with a return, please forward your request by e-mail at email@example.com or by fax at 418-872-6296. Proper instructions will be sent to you within 10 to 14 working days following receipt of your request. Please make sure to include the style number, the size, the colour and the quantity and the defect.
